Meet Ben

Enterprise-grade IT, from someone who picks up the phone.

Ben grew up in Portland and earned a degree in Telecommunications from the University of Oregon. In 1990 he moved to Silicon Valley to follow his interest in technology, and he has worked in IT ever since.

He started at large organizations like Wells Fargo International and dot-com companies like Snapfish, then spent twelve years as a senior consultant at Xantrion, one of the Bay Area’s leading managed service providers. Back in Oregon, he co-founded a Portland-area MSP and grew it for four years before founding HoloSky in 2019.

Today Ben lives in Lake Oswego with his family and two Poodle and Sheepadoodle mixes.

Mitch Rhodes, Help Desk Technician II

Mitch RhodesHelp Desk Technician IIMitch started his long IT career at the young age of 12, rebuilding a family computer that had caught fire. Since then, he gained certifications from Microsoft in high school and helped implement and do training for new software systems at various jobs. Mitch has been with HoloSky for two years now and has the experience of solving everyday issues quickly and escalating tough ones. Tackling problems in dynamic environments has always been his forte, and he’s likely going to be the first voice you hear when you call. Mitch lives in Washington with his wife and little girl.
